Gabe Quinn - Golf Ambassador
A Central Oregon native, I have proudly called this community home my entire life. I began my career in law enforcement in 2007, serving the region that has shaped who I am both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I am passionate about spending time outdoors — camping, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, and especially golfing. Golf has been a lifelong connection point for me, shared with family and friends for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to play courses throughout the Pacific Northwest, building lasting friendships along the way. Many of the people I’ve met on the course have become lifelong friends — whether they’re visiting Central Oregon or I’m traveling to meet them for another round.
In first responder and law enforcement careers, maintaining balance is not optional — it is essential. Those who understand this work know that without time for family, friends, and healthy outlets, it’s easy to lose perspective. For me, golf and the outdoors provide that reset. They offer space to breathe, connect, and recharge.
When Turpen approached me about getting involved with Frontline Outfitting and helping take veterans and first responders out for golf, I immediately saw the value. It’s a simple but powerful idea: create space for people who carry heavy responsibilities to step away for a few hours, enjoy the sunshine, build connection, and have fun — with no expectations attached.
I’m grateful for the support of my spouse, who has always encouraged me to take time to enjoy the many opportunities Central Oregon offers. That support, along with the activities that keep me grounded, has helped me maintain balance in my own life.
My goal with Frontline Outfitting is to help others find that same balance — even if it starts with just one round of golf. On the course, strangers often become friends by the 18th hole. And sometimes, that simple connection can make all the difference..
